Buying Our Babydolls

Gumbuya Babydoll lambs are weaned at 8 to 12 weeks of age and are usually ready to leave for their new homes around two weeks after weaning. We do not sell poddy lambs or single lambs.

Ram lambs are generally wethered, but can be kept entire by prior arrangement.

Babydolls are seasonal breeders, so lambs are typically available from October through to late November each year.

All lambs are:

Fully vaccinated
Vaccinated against Gudair
Drenched
Gaucher-free by pedigree

Occasionally, older animals may also be available for purchase.

At Gumbuya, we focus on quality over quantity. If no stock is currently available, you are welcome to join our annual wait list. Please contact us to discuss your needs so we can match you with suitable animals.

ASSBA registered rams
BSBA registered ewe lambs and ewes
BSBA registered rams
Wethers from registered breeding stock

All purebred ASSBA stock is eligible for triple registration with ASSBA, BSBA, and AABMGS. All BSBA registered stock is eligible for registration with AABMGS.

All purchasers must hold a Property Identification Code (PIC), which can be obtained through Agriculture Victoria or your relevant state authority.
